I have climbed many mountains on my self love journey, I have addressed many core wounds, and in my search for self love I have discovered that self love is not a destination; its a practice. Self love and respect sets the stage for every relationship we encounter in our lives, without self love we have nowhere to put the love and abundance that comes our way.

Through simple effective techniques and practices which can be applied in your daily life that will assist you to enrich and empower you to listen to your own intuition, and live fully from your own truth where you will be able to uncover and break through mental, emotional, and spiritual blocks that keep you from self love.
I have worked in the Human Services in different capacities for many years as a Community Outreach Worker, Job Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and energy healer. I am dedicated to assisting others to tap into who they have always been before self-judgement, other peoples judgement, and core wounds got in the way. I believe that self-awareness and acceptance of your true divine nature open the door to self love...all of your gifts...your true beautiful AUTHENTIC you.
I have studied personal development for 30 years and still counting ( Its a journey) My life's calling/mission is being in service to others, to inspire people to live the best version of themselves.
I believe my personal life challenges and experiences are what make me an empathetic, compassionate, kind and sensitive person. My own challenges have given me a deep understanding of the people that I am blessed to sit down and connect with. My natural ability to be vulnerable and honest about my life gives others the opportunity to do the same therefore opening a doorway to understanding, self-acknowledgment, self-acceptance and most importantly a healing breakthrough to SELF LOVE.
